Taprogge GmbH – world’s leading manufacturer and supplier of own ball cleaning systems and pretreatment self-cleaning filters.
“KomplektEnergo” and Taprogge GmbH (Germany) signed a long-term cooperation agreement for deliveries of Taprogge ball cleaning systems (BCS) and filtration systems to Russian NPPs.
“KomplektEnergo” has made deliveries of ball cleaning systems and filtration systems to:
- Smolensk NPP;
- Leningrad NPP;
- Beloyarsk NPP;
- Project NPP-2006”: Leningrad NPP-2 (units No 1,2 under construction); Novovoronezh NPP-2 (units No 1,2 under construction);
- Rostov NPP (units No 3, 4 under construction).

As part of the "NPP-2006" project, in the period 2009 to 2014, OJSC KomplektEnergo supplied ball cleaning systems (BCS) and filtering systems for Units 1 and 2 under construction of Leningrad NPP-2 and Novovoronezh NPP-2, Units 3 and 4 of Rostov NPP, Unit 4 of Beloyarsk NPP, and also supplied the necessary equipment for Smolensk NPP and Leningrad NPP.
This equipment is designed for cleaning of pipe systems of condensers of main turbines, and of condensers of turbine feed pumps. It should be noted that KomplektEnergo has organized a local content in manufacturing of these products in Russia. In addition, the company carries out its installation and adjustment supervision.
In 2015, KomplektEnergo will supply BCS equipment for Unit 1 of Balakovo NPP; in the future we plan to supply such equipment for nuclear power plants abroad.
